- Design mechanical systems for spacecraft, including structure, thermal, and mechanisms, including troubleshoot design issue.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define and implement engineering solutions.
- Support the fabrication, assembly, and testing of prototypes.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate design and test results to the team
- Perform component dimensioning through hand calculations using a static equivalent loads approach.
- Draft manufacturing documentation and assemblies procedures.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical design.
- At least 1 year of experience in composite structures design.
- Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and assembly techniques used in the aerospace industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software, background in CAD PTC Creo software is a plus.
