Position Snapshot

  • Undergraduates or graduates in Communication/Marketing
  • Fulltime internship (6 months)

Position Summary
Interpreting the brand voice for Nestlé Brands and deliver engaging responses to consumers.

Identifying and proactively leveraging opportunities for engagement and responding to influencer interactions.

Assisting in generating social monitoring reports and collecting consumer contacts. These reports are shared with internal stakeholders to help different departments take necessary actions to satisfy consumers.

Utilizing internal technical tools to extract and analyze consumer data.


A day in the life

  • Manage consumer contacts of specific categories (Tone of voice, brand guidelines, categories drivers, compliance) to preserve brand reputation.
  • Analyse consumer contacts data.
  • Perform Social Listening monitoring on brand relevant topic and communication pre and post campaign.
  • Provide answer aligned to the Brand tone of voice for request and complaints.
  • Supporting in creating reporting, social listening, dashboard, to provide relevant evidences from consumer data.
  • Collaborate with external partner, help on Agent training on procedure/process/product brand promo & communication info.
  • Collaborate with main stakeholders: Marketing, Corporate Affairs, Regulatory, Quality Assurance, creative agencies and Media.

  • Excellent analytics skills to translate the voice of consumer into actionable initiatives.
  • Teamworking and collaborative attitude to act within internal and external (Call Center) stakeholders and partners.
  • Advanced in English (B2/C1)
  • Very Good Knowledge of Excel and Power Point
  • Very good Social Media /Community Management knowledge/experience (Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)
  • Good knowledge of the tools (Facebook Business Manager, Sprinkler, Salesforce Engage, Linktree)
