    Join our dynamic engineering consulting firm as an Automotive Model Based Design Engineer specializing in Control Systems for Alternative Traction Vehicles (ATVs).

    In this role, you will play a vital part in revolutionizing the automotive industry by utilizing your expertise in model-based design to develop advanced control algorithms for Electric Vehicles (EVs), Hybrid Vehicles (HVs), and Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles (FCEVs).

    Collaborating with a team of experts, you will contribute to the development of cutting-edge ATV technologies, driving the transition towards a greener and sustainable future.


    Advancing alternative propulsion technologies:
    Develop advanced control algorithms for EVs, HVs, and FCEVs to enhance vehicle performance, energy efficiency, and customer experience


    Harnessing model-based design potential:

    Utilize tools like MATLAB, Simulink, and Stateflow to develop and validate control models, accelerating development cycles and pushing the limits of ATV capabilities.

    Use tools for automatic generation of code to be flashed into the ECU.

    Collaboration and integration:

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate control systems with power electronics, energy storage, and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), ensuring high-performance and reliable ATV solutions.


    Entire vehicle:

    Learn and explore the operation of the entire vehicle, working, modifying and implementing the control code of the gateway and auxiliary control units.

    | What do we expect from you?M. Sc or PhD in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or equivalentProficiency in model-based design tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, and Stateflow for developing and validating control algorithms in EVs, HVs, and FCEVs.
    Strong understanding of powertrain systems, vehicle dynamics, and control strategies specific to EVs, HVs, and FCEVs.
    Experience in system integration, calibration, and validation of control systems for alternative traction vehicles.
    Familiarity with automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, and Ethernet.
    Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations in control systems for EVs, HVs, and FCEVs.
    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve control-related issues.
    Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams.
    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
    Detail-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
