Mission:

THE ROLE

The Inventory Planning Coordinator ( Sales Operation Inventory Planning Coordinator) is in charge of leading and facilitating the supply stock processes according to the balancing demand.

He/She is responsible for coordinating the different players who contribute to this process and ensures that the actions are executed by guaranteeing data consistency.

Profil:

Responsibilities

Analyze past sales data and build the BU's demand plan in collaboration with marketing and sales;
Deploy the deliverables of the S&OP (demand, internal capacity, external load, stocks) to the entities concerned (sales, industry, logistics, purchasing...) and control the S&OP dashboard of scope;
Supervise, manage and coordinate the resources of the crossfunctional SCM teams (PFEP analyst (Plan For Every Part) and customer forecast assistant) of the site and participate in the development of their skills;
Liaise with marketing in order to manage and implement the review processes, challenge proposals by conducting quarterly reviews of past sales.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree (Engineering/Management) ;
35 years of experience in Supply Chain Management;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Italian & English);
Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work;
A ''Team-Player'' attitude.
