We are looking for an organized, efficient sales support person to be responsible for assisting the sales department in servicing and supporting our customers.


The sales support role will focus on:

Requirements:

  • All customer communication;
  • Deal flow management;
  • Enabling excellent service and support;
  • Sales metrics and KPI's;To be a successful sales support specialist, you should have good time management and organizational skills. You should also demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

Sales Support Specialist Responsibilities:


  • Lead time and shipment notification
  • Responsible for customer communication
  • CRM ownership and management
  • Own the customer contact database
  • Own the quoting and configuration tools and process
  • Manage entire deal flow quote to EOL communication
  • Forecast alignment and reporting
  • Accountable for Service / support escalation and technical resource alignment
  • Resolve logistics issues
  • Trigger corrective action
  • Monitoring and report on sales team performance

Sales Support Specialist Requirements:


  • 5 years + of sales support or related work experience
  • A bachelor's or associate's degree in engineering, finance or business
  • Have a clear understanding of sales process and customer service practices
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Keen project management skills
  • Experience influencing and managing teams that do not report to you
  • Experience in administration with high tech products is advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • CRM experience with Salesforce, Pipedrive or Hubspot a plus
  • The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus.
  • Computer literacy, IT skills, and typing skills.
  • English language mandatory, Mandarin or German a plus
