Position Summary

JLL Markets Group is dedicated to the Leasing Activities across all commercial asset classes and counts three service lines: Agency, Occupiers and Middle Markets.

We are looking for a Director Negotiator to join our Occupiers Team that provides services to JLL corporate Clients and, potentially, to Occupiers located in Milan and Rome.

You will be joining our Occupiers Team to develop its activity while broadening JLL services to its Corporate and Occupier Clients.

Our Team acts exclusively on behalf of occupiers and represents the local connection with the Client's Real Estate Team, either local or EMEA/Global, as well as with other professionals involved into a leasing transaction.

In this role, you'll be exposed to global and local Corporate Rea Estate Team and the C-Suite of JLL Clients.

The assignments include real estate advice, lease acquisition, renegotiation and disposal with an in-depth understanding of Clients' real estate strategy and market trends.

Existing Buildings, Development Project and Asset under-redevelopment.

Offices.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to the business growth, liaising with JLL international network and developing a successful local clients' connection, preparing and submitting pitches
Definition of occupiers' needs and their real estate strategy
Perform financial modelling, sensitivity analysis and scenarios comparison to provide comprehensive decision-making tools
Carrying out market research and negotiation activity with Landlords, managing project's stakeholders (legal, technical, fiscal advisors as well as the end-user)
Assist with the coordination of JLL building fit-out experts (Designers, Architects, Project Managers, Technical experts) and act as a single point of contact towards the client up to project's delivery

Requirements:

Degree in Economics, Architecture, Legal is preferred but not mandatory
Fluent in Italian and English, written and oral
Excellent/Good knwoledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Consolidated experiences in Real Estate Sector in similar roles
Team Player Attitude
Proactive approach, well organized and motivated
Good communication, interpersonal and relationship skills
