Responsibilities

• Define HMI requirements for avionics systems in compliance with aeronautical certification standards.
• Develop and model HMI solutions in certifiable environments (model-based design) using Ansys SCADE and VAPS XT.
• Conduct Human Factors analyses: physical and cognitive ergonomics, workload, situational awareness, error tolerance, human-machine interaction, and human failure modes.

How you'll take us forward

• Degree in Aeronautical / Aerospace Engineering, Human Factors, Interaction Design, Automation Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Experience in HMI / HF design for avionics or other safety-critical sectors (aerospace, defense, railway, automotive / ADAS).
• Knowledge of relevant aeronautical standards.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken.
