In short:

We are looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial and dynamic marketer to lead the brand and marketing agenda in Italy.

You will work very closely with the local Sales Team and report into the Head of Marketing EMEA South to develop and deliver the country marketing plan whilst aligning to Global strategy.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to work for a dynamic and leading performance brand - helping build brand awareness and drive growth across the market.

Flexible working between Milan office and home.

Your Mission:

Develop the strategic market plan alongside the country Sales Lead driving sustainable growth in line with business targets
Work collaboratively with our DTC Ecomm and Retail teams to build a holistic market plan
Lead and develop the country marketing team, instilling our culture and values, and leading with vision and purpose
Adapt & Rollout Global campaigns to meet local market needs and deliver the WOW effect at all times
Build and deliver Key Account plans alongside the Sales Team driving strategic growth
Drive key national partnerships that grow brand awareness and build credibility within our communities
Own the local marketing budget and track ROI
Be the brand's gatekeeper to ensure consistent brand executions
Monitor national social & digital landscapes, tracking trends, sentiments and behaviours of key audiences
Work closely with Sub Regional and HQ teams to build a collaborative team culture
Flexible working environment between home and Milan office with an expectation to be in the office on a weekly basis with direct reports and the wider team. Market travel required based on business needs

Your story:

You've got at least 5 years' allrounder marketing experience with a proven record of brand building. 3 years in a senior marketing role with full accountability
Strategic mindset accompanying an innovative and creative personality with a strong business acumen
An expert in brand marketing brand building, storytelling and how to bring this to life
Responsible, resilient and adaptable, you take pride in your ability to manage a wide range of projects while always delivering the WOW
You thrive when you don't have all the answers, you work tirelessly and autonomously in order to turn ideas into reality
You are handson, you make things happen and you are able to deliver end to end
You can see the bigger picture, but you know it's the fine details that really matter
A true team player, you understand and respect the importance of collaboration and compromise
Curious and open minded you are eager to learn and grow as a leader
Passionate about running, fitness and / or the outdoors
A real linguist, you're as confident speaking and writing in English as you are in Italian
