Job summary
The Associate Director / Director of Human Resources will act as a strategic partner to commercial and functional leaders across a designated cluster of countries within the EMEA region.This role is pivotal in enabling the business to achieve its priorities by proactively designing and executing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Translate business priorities into actionable HR strategies that drive growth and performance.
- Partner with cluster leadership to align workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design.
