Posizione:

THE IMPACT:

He/She will support the definition of the OEM product by defining its technical characteristics consistently with what is requested by OEM customers, anticipating potential requests, ensuring the achievement of all quantitative and qualitative targets.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Carry out a summary of the reference customer ranges and process specific requests for proposal to customers;
Act as focal point with the NPI team for product development projects related to OEM customers;
Guarantee the opening of CSP/AMG/SIP for the PL ensuring consistency with a longterm development plan;
Carry out analyzes on the profitability of the products sold for the assigned customer set;
Support the direct manager in developing the longterm growth plan, ensuring the achievement of the targets defined in the plan;
Coordinate product phase in and phase out activities by collaborating with the Key Accounts;
Monitor and implement, in collaboration with the Key Accounts, the objectives established in the MPP;
Support Key Accounts in specific visits to customers or on site.

Requisiti:

Master's degree in Business or Engineering
Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
Professional working proficiency in both Italian and English are a musthave
Proven experience in project management
At least 2 years of previous experience in automotive/appliances/white goods industries
Strong communication skills & Proactivity will complete the profile
