For FarmaMondo, a fast-growing Swiss-headquartered pharmaceutical group focused on providing market access and specialty distribution services, we're looking for a:

MARKET ACCESS MANAGER/NATIONAL KAM to manage and develop the shortages/Unlicenced Medicines (ULM) market in Italy based out of its Headquarter in Chiasso, Switzerland.

OBJECTIVES Drive and develop FarmaMondo's Unlicenced Medicines in Italy.

Develop professional relationship with selected hospital and key accounts to become their privileged ULM provider RESPONSIBILITIES Achieve commercial success of the company strategy in Italy by achieving the commercial budget goals set for Customers and Key Accounts; Understand and implement the appropriate access routes for Unlicenced Medicines (spontaneous offer, recurrent order or tenders ) in the different regions of Italy and key accounts in order to gain market share; List, set targeting and priorities for all key hospitals in Italy to work in a targeted way.

Understand, monitor and develop expertise in understanding the routes and needs of Unlicensed Medicine (ULM) supply inItaly Budget properly the regional commercial sales for the yearly Budget plan and for the quarterly forecasts; Build and nurture Customer relationships assessing profitability and sustainability, past, future and potential needs in Unlicenced Medicines and become their privileged ULM provider; Identify and execute business opportunities.

SKILLS & experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, marketing, business, pharmacy or equivalent disciplines 5 or more years of strong experience in similar roles managing Hospitals Key Accounts and Hospital Pharmacies in particular.

Specific experience in the ULM niche is definitely a plus Fast and curious learner able to absorb quickly the dynamic of ULM Very hand-on capabilities, pro-active with customers and able also to set-up and elaborate a strategy for the country High commercial and business acumen, able to manage both top line sales and gross margin Experience in tender management Ability to work in matrix organisation with all relevant functions Business unit Market Access Sedi Italia/Lombardia
