Job summary
We are looking for an Assistant Maître to join our team at Masseria Torre Maizza in Fasano.As an Ambassador of the Restaurant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional culinary experiences to our guests and working closely with the Maitre and other departments.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Restaurant Maître or in similar roles, excellent English language skills, knowledge of Italian cuisine and wines,
a valid HACCP certification, proficiency in F&B management software,
a passion for service and ambition to grow professionally.
