- Assist with installation, commissioning, and testing of utility-scale photovoltaic systems
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance on solar plants
- Learn to diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults in PV systems
- Monitor system performance and assist in optimization tasks
- Help replace faulty components (panels, inverters, cables)
- Maintain accurate records of site visits and maintenance activities
- Follow all safety protocols and support a safe work environment
- Technical diploma, degree, or hands-on experience in electrical, energy, automation, or related fields
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in solar PV
- Practical mindset and willingness to work on-site
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
- Team player with good communication skills
- Fluent Italian (essential); English a plus
- Valid Italian/EU driving license
- Based in or willing to relocate to Ravenna/Emilia-Romagna
- Any prior experience with PV, electrical systems, or O&M is a plus
- Knowledge of SCADA, BESS, or high/low voltage systems
