Your daily work as an


What you'll be doing?

  • Manage relationship with assigned customers, by providing excellent service and support
  • Working with internal and external resources, provide customer service often facilitating work of others in quoting, fulfilling demand, ensuring ontime delivery of orders,
  • Working between suppliers and customers to build and establish longterm business partnerships for Arrow.
  • Manage leads by making outbound calls to determine qualification for sales
  • Meet daily and monthly customer contact goals
  • Gain new customers and reengage existing accounts that might be dormant
  • Sell and drive Solutions Selling within the approved account level strategy. Requires knowledge of competitive landscape in the market and the ability to make sales decisions based on that information.
  • Document and manage customer activity in Salesforce
  • Achieve monthly sales quotes, using Arrow's online ordering systems

Who you are?

  • You like sales and already have at least 3 years of successful experience in this area
  • You will need fluent English and Italian
  • You communicate clearly. You are comfortable communicating in writing and on the phone
  • You have a College degree or high school diploma with equivalent work experience
  • You are a proficient user of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Salesforce or other Salesrelated software would be a plus.
  • Adaptability, resourcefulness, problem solving and multitasking capabilities are your advantages
  • You like helping clients. You are patient, flexible and punctual even under pressure
  • You like negotiation and you are a team player
