Job Overview

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

Lead the existing team and add new team members
Implement new incentives in collaboration with Aethos HQ
Drive revenue and profitability with full P&L responsibility
Create a worldclass guest experience
Work and thrive to always innovate to improve the property's performance
Responsible for overall guest satisfaction
Prepare and submit required reports in a timely manner
Organize and conduct department meetings on a regular basis

Core Competencies:

Fluent in English & Italian is a must
3+ years of hospitality experience
Capable of creating a passionate, friendly, and high thriving work environment
Collaborative and communicates well to provide direction/delegation to efficiently accomplish tasks at hand
Must be a natural host and passionate about the hospitality industry in general
Research, organizational skills, and extraordinary relationshipbuilding skills
Ability to multitask and execute under pressure and in demanding fastpaced environments
Strong communication (both written and oral) and management skills. Communicate with hosts and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and serviceoriented manner
Must be able to prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines
Flexible schedule long hours and regular evening event coverage is common
Ability to make thoughtful decisions and give constructive criticism
Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees and guests
Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality of guests, employees, and information
Maintains regular attendance in compliance with Aethos Hotel Standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel
Comply with Aethos Hotel Standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
Maximizes efforts towards productivity, identifies problem areas, and assists in implementing solutions
Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times, while remaining genuine
