Job description summary

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for execution of customer projects, from initial engagement until final customer acceptance.

You manage the project through SAP PS to ensure delivery of the project on time, within quality, budget and customer expectation.

You manage communication with all stakeholders and pro-actively strive for customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, Profit & Loss ownership and one team spirit.

We're looking for a Project Manager (IIG) to join our European Systems & Services team - preferably based out of our Milan office.

Working as a Project Manager (IIG) you are fluent in Italian and English and responsible for execution of customer projects, from beginning to successful completion.

You will be working together with many different stakeholders, like customers, external partners and our internal Sales, Division and Systems and Services teams.

What you'll do

You will create all project plans and schedules in SAP PS including alignment with customers, supply chain and external vendors.
You will evaluate and manage all change requests as to feasibility, costs/benefits and added value and identify upselling opportunities in course of project.
You will manage the project's Profit & Loss, secure and improve margin.
You will manage all project updates and agreed alignments with stakeholders.
You will proactively come up with improvements in our way of working, sharing best practices and embrace continuous (LEAN) improvement culture.

Your qualifications

You are fluent in Italian and English.
You are graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
You have at least 5 years of relevant experience managing large businesstobusiness projects ideally within the Building Management Systems area.
You are an excellent communicator, change manager and collaborator.
You are willing and able to travel >50% of your time.
