The Role

Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the sales function by identifying new business opportunities, such as new markets, clients, partnerships, or products and services
  • Develop strategies to effectively reach new business opportunities
  • Building relationships with prospects, assess their needs, and create proposals to address those needs
  • Attending conferences and events to build relationships with prospects and industry partners and staying up to date with new trends
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, market positioning, and monitor evolving market challenges
  • Collaborating with design and sales professionals to ensure that the requirements and targets are met

Required Knowledge and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in economics, marketing, business administration, engineering, computer science, or a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent customer service and time management abilities
  • Strategic and creative thinking
  • Solid understanding of business and marketing principles
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken Italian and English
  • Tech-Savvy
  • Be selfmotivated and goaloriented
  • Enjoy working in teams and thrive under pressure
