Located in the heart of the Chianti Classico, Borgo San Felice combines all of the pleasures of la dolce vita. The property is made up of an entire medieval hamlet including its old chapel, large pool, cellars and its vineyard surrounding it. Infinite pleasures can be discovered: authentic Mediterranean cuisine, an exceptional wine cellar, and the wellness centre. Description du poste : La risorsa si occuperà dell'organizzazione, gestione e coordinamento delle attività e del personale del bar. Nello specifico:
• guida il personale nel lavoro quotidiano e nella sua organizzazione
• Si rapporta con la clientela gestendo le loro richieste
• è responsabile della qualità del servizio e delle prestazioni del Bar
• è responsabile delle norme igieniche e di sicurezza del Bar The resource will take care of the organization, management and coordination of the activities and staff of the bar. In particular:
• guides the staff in their daily work and in its organization
• Relates to customers by managing their requests
• is responsible for the quality of the service and performance of the Bar
• is responsible for the hygiene and safety regulations of the Bar ·
• Contratto a tempo determinato stagionale (Marzo- Novembre 2024) con diritto di precedenza su anno successivo)
• CCNL Turismo forfettizzato e premio produzione annuale
• Disponibilità full time da lunedì a domenica con un giorno di riposo nel corso della stagione
• Vitto e alloggio in appartamento condiviso (camere due posti letto)
• Utenze a carico aziendale
• Formazione interna sia a livello gestionale che di procedure
• Formazione su mondo Relais & Chateaux e quality assessment, principali normative vigenti
• Piano inserimento circuito HR Relais & Chateaux

• Seasonal fixed-term contract (Marzo- November 2024) with right of precedence for the following year)
• Flat-rate Tourism CCNL and annual production bonus
• Full time availability from Monday to Sunday with one day off during the season

• Diploma istituto Alberghiero e Attestati di formazione professionale
• Esperienza maturata presso strutture alberghiere 5 stelle e/o ristoranti stellati
• Competenze nella preparazione e servizio di tutte le bevande (analcoliche, alcoliche, miscelate e caffetteria)
• Predisposizione al contatto con il cliente
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (gradita la conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera)
• Propositività, doti relazionali e comunicative, team working, attenzione al dettaglio
• Diploma from the hotel school and certificates of professional training
• Experience gained in 5-star hotels and / or starred restaurants
• Skills in the preparation and service of all drinks (non-alcoholic, alcoholic, mixed and coffee)
• Preparation for contact with the customer
• Excellent knowledge of English (knowledge of a second foreign language is appreciated)
• Purposefulness, interpersonal and communication skills, team working, attention to detail
