Permanent- Division: Green Energy Solutions- Level of experience: SeniorRINA is currently recruiting for a Team Leader - PV Yield & Performance to join its office in
Italy (Milan, Genoa, Roma or Lecce), Madrid, Brighton, Mumbai, Paris, Cape Town or Singapore **within the Green Energy Solutions Division.

Mission:

RINA has an excellent renewables and energy storage team, of almost 70 people in the UK & Europe. Ideally this role would be based in our Brighton office in the UK, but other locations are available.

The Team Leader - PV Yield and Performance - will oversee a wide range of RINA's services in relation to solar energy site prospecting, layout optimisation, resource assessment, yield prediction, operational yield assessment and asset performance.

The role requires focus on
photovoltaic solar generation technologies as well as performance modelling in relation to energy storage systems.

The role will be focused on growing our existing team and capabilities in the sector, while consolidating and improving processes and delivering high levels of growth.

Main Tasks:

Act as PM and oversee the delivery of performance team projects also supporting the wider global program
Oversee the development and coordination of the PV Yield and Performance team
Contribute to business management and play an active role in the development of our renewable energy business and teams
Advise on performance related to technical tools and processes
Improve documentation and processes to ensure highquality project outputs
Cooperate with a wider group to ensure quality of standards worldwide
Develop inhouse tools for delivering and managing work effectively
Build healthy and productive relationships with clients and identify business growth opportunities
Oversee development of highquality proposals
Collaborate widely with colleagues in other regions, including sector specialists, country managers, and technical colleagues

Qualifications & Experience:

Degree in a relevant discipline
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
Substantial knowledge and experience of
photovoltaic solar:
Experience in the development and/or design of utility scale renewable energy projects
Expert knowledge in relation to industry standard software tools relevant to the discipline
Project Management training and/or certification will be considered as a plus
Consulting experience or demonstrated aptitude for managing clients or service delivery will be considered as a plus
