To support our expansion in the space industry, we are on the lookout for a General Services Specialist to oversee and manage the essential services for our company's facilities and industrial programs.

Working closely with the Head of Corporate Services, this role involves collaborating with all corporate functions, offering a pivotal role within our team where you can contribute to our real estate projects, including shaping our new headquarters, Argotec-SpacePark.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Managing and supervising internal and outsourced services efficiently
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of buildings, equipment, and facilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning, managing, and monitoring various corporate facility services
  • Supporting procurement activities related to corporate infrastructures
  • Handling administrative tasks and insurance management
  • Developing and monitoring budgets for facility and asset management

REQUIRED EXPERIENCES & SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Law, or relevant field
  • At least 2 years of experience in Facility or Property management
  • Knowledge of service and procurement contracts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility
  • Fluency in English
