Description Our client is looking for a dynamic Golf Professional & Facility Manager to add to their team near Vista, CA, eager to lead with innovative approaches to the sport.

This role oversees daily operations, member events, and marketing initiatives, ensuring high standards of service and effective management of the golf facilities.

Our client is looking for someone with at least three (3) years of golf experience (preferably at a green grass facility) in addition to operations and people management experience.

This role demands out-of-the-box thinking, adaptability and a commitment to delivering top-notch service.

Golf Professional & Facility Manager (3+ yrs exp. req.) Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the golf course, practice facility and staff
• Coordinate marketing and member events
• Manage golf activities, tournaments, and teaching programs
• Maintain golf facilities, including the pro shop and cart fleet
• Implement service standards and training for staff
• Optimize budget and resources to enhance operational efficiency

Golf Professional & Facility Manager (3+ yrs exp. req.) Qualifications

• 3+ years of golf (instructor, coach, professional, or 1st assistant) experience required
• 3+ years of operations and people management experience in hospitality required
• Budget management, labor costs, and scheduling experience required
• Schedule flexibility required
