Your challenges will be:


  • Steer and lead various large and midscale projects to achieve operational excellence within the Operations Department
Act as a key point of contact for your assigned projects to coordinate their implementation and synchronization with the myPOS Group of companies

Collaborate with Managers within the Operations Department on executing and delivering projects aligned with strategic business goals of the company

Recommend project solutions for scoping of business requirements, planning, scheduling, reporting, and managing initiatives more effectively

Lead the communication, negotiation, and coordination with third-party providers. Steer and coordinate the implementation of third-party technological solutions aiming to improve Operations Department performance and the overall internal operational excellence

Identify and manage costs associated with project budgets

Act as a "sparring partner" to the Operations Department Managers for continuous improvement of processes and implementation of best practices

Assist Operations Departments Managers and their team in analyzing, designing, and implementing changes related to new and existing processes


Your Profile

  • 2+ years' experience directly managing projects, business and systems analysis
Proven skills and capabilities in leadership, communication, capability collaboration and problem solving

Ability to communicate complex ideas across multiple teams for technical and non-technical audiences

Experience with handling multiple projects simultaneously and determining priorities

Ability to identify simple and effective ways to streamline an efficient process

Fluent spoken and written business/professional English

Experience in working with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)

Competent in the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Zoom and Teams
