Job Mission

The Bar Manager, reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the running of our bars and light meals according to our policies.

He will provide a friendly and enthusiastic service in order to maximize our revenue opportunities and deliver exceptional experiences for our Guests.

What are we looking for?

Use of Microsoft and Micros
Previous Experience as Assistant Bar Manager and evidence of courses and trainings as Barman, Mixology etc.
Fluent in English ( Required Level c1/c2)
Excellent costumer Service orientation
Recruit, select, and train Team Members
Strong work ethic
Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to take initiative and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Must be able to work flexible days and hours, including weekends and holidays.
