Position:

Global Leader in design, manufacture and distribution in Eyewear Industry, is currently looking:

STANDARDIZATION PROJECT MANAGER - PROCESS ENGINEERING
He/she will have to connect to other teams and suppliers involved in whole Operations and Product Team.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

• Work on the analytical definition of Process Standardization inside the Company
• Define the technical roadmap for the Process Standardization across the whole Company
• Actively work on the execution of the Standardization initiative on first, more significative processes
• Support the Technological Transfer of processes and specific product across Plants
• Support the Governance activities for the Global Process Engineering team
• Lead the weekly syncs with all the geographies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial or Mechanical
• At least 710 years of experience in similar role and activities within structured multinational companies
• Solid experience with complex Project Management
• Solid experience with Process Standardization initiatives
• Solid knowledge of common industrial processes and flows
• Solid knowledge of MS Office suite
• Fluent English
• Strong problem solving skills

Location
:
Veneto (Belluno area), with some business trips.
