LEGAL & COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST

MISSION

We offer a temporary contract.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage legal issues, providing counsel and support across the spectrum of legal matters.
Manage compliance activities, ensuring adherence to local and international regulations.
Draft and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
Provide legal support to various business functions, contributing to informed decisionmaking and risk mitigation.
Maintain an up to date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, monitoring regulatory changes and adapting corporate policies accordingly.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including external legal consultants, to ensure effective handling of legal matters.

PROFILE

Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations in the business sector.
Ability to handle legal issues and provide counsel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Ability to analyze the business issues and identify proper actions.
Goaloriented

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in law
Admission to the bar would be a plus
Minimum 12 years of professional experience in legal roles

Fluency in English
