Job summary
We are seeking a Director of Finance to join the pre-opening leadership team—a disciplined, trusted partner who will build the financial foundations of the hotel with elegance, rigour, and absolute integrity.The Director of Finance will lead all financial strategy and operations for Baccarat Hotel Rome,
from pre-opening through stabilisation and ongoing.
This is an opportunity to shape a hotel from its earliest decisions—building a finance function that is as polished as
the guest experience it supports.
Responsibilities
- Lead the hotel's
pre-opening finance set-up , including systems implementation, policies, procedures,
and internal controls. - Oversight budgeting forecasting long-range planning , partnering closely with
the General Manager and executive team.
