Strategic Insights Manager, Italy - Milano, Italia - The Coca-Cola Company

The role is accountable for identifying powerful consumer, shopper & customer insights and turning them into a source of competitive advantage.
It is a critical role to share the voice of consumer, shopper and customer in all key decision-making forums and work collaboratively with the network of OU functions, Bottlers, PS and external partners.
What You'll Do for Us:

Identify business opportunities
& "where to play", looking holistically into consumer, shopper, customer, competitor and industry insights

Engage key decision-makers around
the opportunities, lead or participate in cross-functional projects to develop respective plans

Lead the
local insights agenda, **collaborating with European functions, bottlers and external partners. Proactively define opportunities and anticipate business needs.

Contribute to
performance management agenda, developing the narrative on performance, leading root-causes analyses and communicating effectively to influence key stakeholders

Contribute to capabilities development in the broader network team
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or Behavioral Science.
- Desirable Post Graduate qualification.
- Ideally a background in Management Consulting of FMCG (including Category Management, Shopper Analytics, Market Research)
- Essential experience: 6+ years of Business and/or functional experience in Research/Strategy/Analytics related areas.

- Strategic thinking: integrate diverse business insights and connecting the dots to develop holistic approaches and solutions
- Excellent analytical skills, Problem framing and solving: ability to structure and coordinate / lead cross functional complex analysis, initiatives, or efforts.
- Prioritization: prioritize through a pragmatic factbased approach, handling tradeoffs, balancing immediate and longterm priorities.
- Stakeholder management: identify, influence, align and engage key stakeholders across various functions and seniority levels
- Synthesis and storytelling: Communicate with, influence and convince senior stakeholders through a structured, fact base and actionoriented storytelling.
