Job Title: Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance Consultant

Location: Italy (Remote)

Employment Type: Full-time

We are currently looking for an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance Consultant to join a dynamic and international project environment supporting enterprise customers across Europe and beyond.

This role offers the opportunity to work on end-to-end Oracle ERP projects, collaborating closely with project managers, functional experts, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements across Finance and Accounting processes and translate them into effective Oracle EBS solutions
• Advise customers on implementation, optimization, and enhancement of existing Oracle EBS systems
• Prepare functional design documentation and detailed specifications for technical teams
• Support effort estimations and contribute to realistic project planning
• Act as a functional lead during implementation phases
• Collaborate with developers and technical consultants to ensure sustainable solution delivery
• Support pre-sales activities and provide functional expertise during customer engagements
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through a value-driven approach

Requirements

• Several years of experience as an Oracle Consultant, ideally within Oracle E-Business Suite
• Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP with a focus on Finance and Accounting modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, etc.)
• Experience in full lifecycle implementations and system enhancements
• Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into structured system solutions
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable working in collaborative, project-driven environments
• Fluent Italian and English language skills
