We are looking for a Digital Leader for our Milan office to take care of an important client operating in the luxury sector.

Digital Leader will support specific brands to reach their business goals by managing their digital performance strategy and coordinate a team of digital specialists.

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:
Supporting Client to shape and implement their multichannel marketing and advertising strategy over different countries;-
Taking responsibility of paid digital marketing budget;-
Activating and Coordinating a team of specialists based on clients' needs, Leading; brand and acquisition activities across PPC, Retargeting, Display, Affiliation, DEM, paid Social marketing and Programmatic, etc.;-
Responsible for digital client revenue;-
Always up-to-date with the latest opportunities in the digital landscape;-
Resources coordination;-
Able to track KPIs across multiple channels using website analytics (Google Analytics / Omniture /etc.);-
Definition and tacking of key metrics & actionable insights;-
Communication of qualitative / quantitative analysis in a clear, precise and actionable manner;-
Collaboration with different business units to develop a strategy and execution plan that drives results for clients;-
Consultancy, building and maintaining strong and trusting relationships with clients;-
Monitoring client's competitive landscape, industry changes and translating them into actionable recommendations;
Requirements:
Bachelor or Master's Degree-
+5 years of experience of PPC, Display, Retargeting, Paid Social, Digital Planning and know how to scale each channel;-
Proficient in excel and Power Point;-
Proven analytical and quantitative ability;-
Problem solving;-
Data centric approach-
Strong verbal and written communication and data presentation skills-
High details attention;-
Ability to work within strict deadlines;-
Interested in digital technology and has experience using latest marketing stack tools-
Effective time management;-
Strong strategic thinking;-
Team working and collaborative attitude;-
Autonomy and self-motivation;-
Excellent knowledge of English language

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers-
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service-
Must be able to work with an international team and coordinate resources remotely-
