- Anticipate customers' needs with confidence, expertise, and passion, sharing inspiring styling advice and guiding them to find the perfect piece to celebrate their dreams and special moments
- Showcase and present our legendary diamond jewelry collections with authority and storytelling, bringing to life the craftsmanship, innovation, and beauty behind each design
- Have intermediate/basic knowledge of diamonds, including the 4Cs (cut, color, clarity, and carat), certifications, and quality, to assist customers in making informed choices in a luxury retail environment
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through personalized service, exceptional attention to detail, and a genuine passion for fashion and jewelry
- Contribute to individual and store sales performance while consistently representing Swarovski's values, standards, and world of wonder with professionalism and excellence
