Tasks
- Support students with visa procedures, stay permit and accommodation, prestart activities
- Deal with customer service suppliers
- Students' welcoming activities
- Provide general information about the school both in person and over the phone
- Take part to students' orientation activities in campus and to student fairs
- Find and provide new providers for discounts, student clubs.
- Organize events like cultural activities in accordance with academic
Requirements:
- Italian and English proficiency
- Good knowledge of the local area (Rome)
- Customer oriented, proactive and driven
- Good IT skills (advanced Excel)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
- Proven organizational skills
- Customer care orientation
