As a Production Planner, you will perform the Material Planning activities across the Trieste site for your assigned business or channel.

You will support material manager to execute the vision and goals for your Material Planning function.

Key Responsibilities:

Review changes in the Net Demand Requirements / Supply Plan
Pull In's and Push Out's of Planned Material orders
Identify and address materials' constraints
Actively resolving issues with material availability
Collaborate with Procurement team to resolve issues
Close involvement with Prod Marketing for NPI/EOL/Promotion/Projects/Product Lifecycle
Manage Phase In and Out at Material Master Level
Collaborate with Sourcing, R&D and establish the validity date for phase out/in
Maintain accurate planning parameters / material master data
Owning KPI's for supply
Site Inventory
Inventory and Material Planning tracking and actions

YOU MUST HAVE:

Bachelor's Degree in a related operations management or supply chain management or equivalent
Min 5 years of experience in Supply Planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management or other Sales Inventory & Operations Planning related functional area.
SAP knowledge and use
S&OP Knowledge
Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal & written communication skills.
English language preferable
Six Sigma Green Belt min

Desirable Qualifications:

Masters Degree in a related operations management or supply chain management or equivalent
Six Sigma Lean Expert
APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPF certification preferred
Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently multitask, prioritize, and delegate.
Ability to collaborate with both internal and external customers.
