Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a solid background in large consulting firms, who can manage cloud-related projects while understanding the technical nuances. This role involves working closely with our team and clients, ensuring the successful implementation of cloud solutions.

We support customers in their digital transformation, using various technologies and solutions. You'll be required to lead and manage:

• Cloud implementation projects, including Run My Process, AODocs, and integrations with platforms like GCP, Azure, AWS, and GPT4Work,
• Application integration in complex ecosystem (ERP, CRM, other Cloud applications, etc.),
• Process redesign (Business or IT) migrating between Google Workspace and M365 (or vice versa) rethinking business processes to align with the new platform's capabilities and features,
• Supervision of large-scale assessment projects in order to give recommendations in terms of defining and optimizing business processes,
• Pre-sales activities on existing customers or new prospects.

You will be required to work for different clients, and various business teams (HR, legal, operational, R&D, purchasing, etc.).

The ability to participate in the creation of commercial proposals for new projects and to build strong client relationships to identify new business opportunities is also essential.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, design, execution, and monitoring to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery
• Work closely with the development team and stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure proposed solutions meet business needs
• Manage project budget and assigned resources, ensuring projects are completed within the defined timelines and cost limits
• Collaborate with technical support teams to ensure compliance with security policies and government regulations
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects and work with the team to develop contingency plans in case of unforeseen events
• Define and implement optimized business processes, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations
• Participate in the creation of commercial proposals for new projects, and build strong client relationships to identify new business opportunities

Required profile

• 5 years of the experience (at least 3 years of experience in consulting) managing technology projects, if mainly based on cloud technologies is a plus
• Proven experience in managing implementation and migration projects of cloud solutions
• Experience in Business Process Management and in defining and optimizing business processes
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent planning and organizational skills, with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with development teams, stakeholders, and employees at all levels of the organization, as well as customers.
• Knowledge of security policies and government regulations associated with cloud technology
• Fluent in English; French is a plus
• Ability to participate in the creation of commercial proposals for new projects
• Ability to build strong client relationships to identify new business opportunities
• Certifications in Project Management Methodologies as PMP, Prince 2, Agile and Scrum Master are a plus
