    Activities:

  • Organization of a Project Development Team;
  • Technical and commercial planning of the Development Activities for the dedicated project(s) together with the Project Manager;
  • Clarification and Processing of the System Specification and Customer Requirements together with the Development Team;
  • Collect effort estimations regarding the development activities for the dedicated project;
  • Plan and Align Time schedule, Milestones and Deliverables;
  • Compliance with the development processes corresponding to the defined project management standards;

    • Requirements:

  • Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, information technology or comparable professional education;
  • Several years of professional experience in powertrain development;
  • Fluent English and Italian language skills are necessary.;
  • Knowledge of German language is a plus;
  • Analytical, independent and interdisciplinary thinking and acting.
  • Knowledge of tools: Office, IBM DOORS, Jira, Change management and ticketing software;
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel;
  • Driver License B is obligatory;
  • Automotive SPICE is obligatory;
