    Job Title: Sales Manager Leisure

    Castelfalfi, a luxury hospitality destination in the heart of Tuscany, is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager Leisure to join our passionate team.

    We are a unique luxury resort nestled in the rolling hills of Tuscany, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and breathtaking scenery. Our boutique hotel offers an unparalleled experience for those seeking a relaxed and peaceful lifestyle connected with nature and outdoor activities.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities

    • Work closely with our Director of Sales to develop and implement our leisure strategy, building strong relationships with our team to propose and contract new customers and agencies.
    • Liaise and strengthen relationships with key accounts to drive business growth and increase market share through FAM trips and hosting opportunities.
    • Identify new and innovative opportunities aligned with market trends using various prospecting resources.
    • Qualify group business to generate revenue and impact RevPar performance.
    • Create and execute account plans for assigned market territories to ensure maximum revenue and budgeted targets are achieved.

    Requirements

    • At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Able to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
    • Diplomatic and able to handle management, clients, and team interactions.
    • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
