DeZhuang Europe is looking for a self-motivated, self-disciplined, objective-driven, and positive individual to join our sales and marketing team based in Italy, more precisely in our newly established office in the heart of Naples.

Be part of our dream team now As key account manager, you would be involved within the sales and marketing division to carry out the following responsibilities:

- retain strategic partners by setting out, implementing and monitoring visions and specific objectives for mutual growth while feeding ideas for improvement of current and future value propositions to the company;
- scout for new partners as to strengthen distribution networks for our brands and products, with specific focus on mainstream retail channels;
- carry out business negotiations for product distribution and private label projects with a win-win mindset, converting the prospects to long-term and valuable partners;
- be responsible for P&L of undertaken projects and activities;
- coordinate with the other corporate functions as to smoothen communication and workflows, serving as liaison officer between key partners and internal teams, keeping in mind the customer service excellence;
- support the team for planning and execution of events (fairs, conferences and business trips) and corporate activities;
- run market analysis to spot new trends, while turning threats into opportunities;
- prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.


Requirements and skills:
- strong ability in problem-solving, negotiation and project management, with a ?category growth? mindset;
- good understanding of pricing strategies, to-market strategies, marketing activities, brand management and supply chain issues;
- strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels;
- excellent presentation skills, and experience in working with CRM services and excel spreadsheets;
- ability to work with precise KPI and organizational reporting;

  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field;
- ability to read, write, and communicate in English and Italian. Chinese language skills are a plus.
