About the Role

What You Will Do

Set up monthly final Income Statement for the factory unit
Secure that accounting and reporting rules are being maintained in accordance with local statutory and Essity Central instructions and guidelines
Continuously analyses deviations of financial result against LY, Budget and Targets
Support to drive and follow up actions to improve financial results
Facilitates the decisionmaking process of the team by providing sound financial and business insight. You will be sparring partner for Factory Management Team regarding all financial issues
Responsible for driving forecast and budget process working closely with the factory management team
Prepares regular updates to the Product Supply Management team on the progress of the plant
Collaborate with other financial functions in the company
Serve as a role model for Safety Consultant within the Manufacturing controlling network

Who You Are

A Master's degree preferably in Economics or Business.
Minimum of 3 years of controlling experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment, or significant experience within a paper industry production site
Proficiency in both written and spoken Italian and English, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
Strong knowledge of SAP (ERP/BW) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Team player with assertiveness, flexibility, and commitment
Excellent analytical capabilities and a knack for process improvement
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
Adaptability and flexibility to navigate dynamic work environments
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a focus on achieving shared goals
Problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically to overcome challenges
Detailoriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and precision in work
