We are looking for a
Sr Creative Designer with, at least, 5 year of experience to join our team


Activities & Main Responsibilities


You will report to the Creative Director and we will give you the opportunity to grow personally and professionally in a dynamic environment.


  • Develop creative ideas, and visual assets
  • Lead strategic concepting, design and production of brand ideas, mood boards, storyboards, creative layouts
  • Handson experience with photography, typography, print production, image selection and package design to bring ideas and strategies to life and to solve business challenges
  • Design and produce advertising materials (flyers, brochures, books, packaging, etc)
  • Work with all necessary departments to achieve final results, communicating status updates to ensure maximum workflow efficiencies
  • Manage and lead entry level designers

Qualifications and education

  • Bachelor's Degree in advertising, marketing, graphic design or equivalent area of visual studies;
  • Minimum 5 years creative/creative management experience with an agency;
  • Pharmaceutical and/or medical device experience preferred;
  • Excellent sense of layout and design in digital and print work;
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite experience, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, XD and InDesign;
  • Nice to have: knowledge of Figma, knowledge of Adobe After effects;
  • Advanced experience with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
  • Fluent in English, both orally and written;
  • Outstanding Portfolio;
  • Experience in BTL (and occasionally ATL) projects.
