The
EMEA Salesforce Business Analyst (EMEA SFDC Business Analyst) will work as part of the Commercial Operations Centre of Excellence team that is responsible for providing Commercial support, tools and processes to the EMEA Sales teams to help them to win more.


This position is part of the EMEA Customer & Commercial Experience Department and will be
fully remote, based in any EMEA country.

You will be reporting to the EMEA Customer & Commercial Experience Director.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Be a business partner to the Commercial team and interface between Commercial & IT SFDC/CPQ Development and Support Team
  • Be responsible to identify key areas for SFDC/CPQ improvement in alignment with LBS Global strategy and key player for any SFDC/CPQ projects identified in conjunction with the IT Salesforce Support and Development team.
  • Play as gate keeper (Super User) for SFDC/CPQ functionality/change requests gather from EMEA users: request's analysis and approval in alignment with LBS SFDC strategy, translation of the request into a user story for the development team, follow up and continuous alignment to secure the correct functionality implementation, UAT execution and communication plan to users when needed.
  • Own the creation, development/improvement and roll out of Salesforce Reports and Dashboards used by the EMEA Commercial team, standard work processes for all Salesforce related processes and reports / dashboards, training for EMEA Sales & Service teams for all Salesforcerelated activity, to ensure sustainment of key SFDC processes, EMEA SFDC Power User model, ensuring the Power Users are fully up to date with the latest SFDC/CPQ developments and are trained sufficiently to be the first point of contact for SFDC queries for incountry teams and be the first contact for EMEA daily SFDC/CPQ queries, requests and issues from the EMEA team and distributors, ensuring these are dealt with in a timely manner in collaboration with the SFDC/CPQ IT support team. Able to resolve in autonomy basic admin requests.

Requirements:


  • University degree preferably Masters
  • 5+ years relevant
    experience working with SFDC in a Commercial Capacity
  • SFDC Admin certifications will be considered a plus
  • Good business understanding and acumen
  • Commercially focused individual with the ability to understand different stakeholder needs across a broad range of countries and cultures in EMEA.
  • Proficiency in English with strong written and oral communication skills
  • Can successfully deliver results while quickly adapting to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges
  • Strong change management experience and good sense of stakeholder management
