Role Responsibilities:

  • Validate and book Service Contracts based on VMS/SHS compliance guidelines.
  • Prepare Service Contract quotations in partnership with the Service Manager and acquire appropriate approvals.
  • Drive the Service Contract renewal process; by preparing and reviewing quotes with stakeholders, sending quotes to customers, and validating and booking orders in the system.
  • Process warranty contracts.
  • Drive the quote and tender process from reading the tender specifications until submission of the tender documents (via postal services or electronic platforms).
  • Input and maintain the accuracy of customerrelated data in SAP.
  • Respond to customer inquiries (both internal and external) promptly.
  • Develop and submit monthly reports and forecasts, as required.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and teambuilding activities
  • Participate in internal and external audits

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
  • Experience with SAP preferable, Salesforce or equivalent ERP product also considered.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to priorities prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with local and global internal teams.
  • Ability and confidence to work autonomously.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsfocused.
  • Independent and Pro-Active working attitude.
  • Fluent in English or any other language is welcome
