  • Key contact for diagnosis + ADAS + Technical issues support (es. warranty claims) vs. Distributors
  • 1st Level Help Desk for Distributors
  • Contact HQ 2nd Level Help Desk
  • Technical training onsite / onfield / Webinar
  • Train the trainer
  • Performing technical and commercial training/presentation in direct cooperation with distributors around Italy
  • Being constantly updated with technological innovations on different type of combustions
  • Technical translations
  • Operational reporting
  • Managing licenses activation/renewals via dedicated Portal
  • Lead with compliance to Internal Control requirements, Accounting/Financial legal requirements and perform successfully internal and external audits.
  • Lead by example, be a role model of BorgWarner values: Inclusion, Integrity, Excellence Responsibility and Cooperation.
