La Divisione Permanent di Gi Group (Aut. Min. 26/11/04 Prot. n. 1101-SG), con un team di consulenti dedicati, si occupa della ricerca e selezione di risorse con esperienza, che hanno voglia di intraprendere nuovi percorsi professionali.Per Azienda Cliente operante nel settore della termotecnica, ricerchiamo un* BACK OFFICE COMMERCIALE Appartenente alle Categorie Protette (L.68/99).
Il nostro cliente è una realtà multinazionale in espansione, parte di un gruppo internazionale leader nella contabilizzazione e gestione dei consumi energetici. Offre soluzioni tecniche e digitali per la misurazione e ripartizione del calore, con un forte orientamento all'efficienza e alla sostenibilità.
La risorsa selezionata entrerà a far parte del team commerciale e si occuperà di:
Gestione e aggiornamento della documentazione commerciale e amministrativa
Monitoraggio e verifica dei flussi d'ordine e delle condizioni contrattuali
Elaborazione di report e dati a supporto delle attività di vendita
Coordinamento con il team commerciale per la corretta gestione delle pratiche
Supporto nella preparazione di offerte, contratti e documentazione per clienti e partner
Collaborazione con le funzioni interne per garantire continuità e precisione nei processi
Attività di interfaccia tra clienti e ufficio commerciale per esigenze operative e informative
La posizione è dedicata a persone appartenenti alle categorie protette ed è richiesto il possesso della certificazione afferente alla Legge 68/99 Art. 1.

Hai maturato esperienza, anche breve, in ruoli di back office commerciale o sales support
Possiedi buone competenze organizzative e attenzione al dettaglio
Hai una conoscenza della lingua inglese almeno a livello B1/B2
Sei una persona collaborativa, precisa e orientata alla qualità del servizio
Cosa offriamo: Offriamo un inserimento diretto in azienda con contratto a tempo indeterminato, retribuzione commisurata all'esperienza e un percorso di crescita verso il ruolo di Sales Support Specialist. È previsto lo smart working fino a due giorni a settimana (giovedì e venerdì).
Orario di lavoro: full time, 8 ore giornaliere dal lunedì al venerdì dalle ore 09:00 alle 13:00 e dalle 14:00 alle 18:00.
