AI & ML Specialist - Fincantieri NexTech Italy - Genova - Roma - Trieste JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced AI & ML Specialist to join our agile data science team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms and be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver innovative AI-powered solutions.

• Develop and implement AI and ML models to solve real-world business problems.
• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest AI and ML trends and technologies.
• Conduct research and experiments to identify new opportunities for AI applications.
• Prepare and present technical documentation and reports.
• Participate in code reviews and unit testing to ensure high-quality code delivery.
• Mentor and support junior data scientists and engineers within the team. REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI and ML development.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning techniques, natural language processing, computer vision and reinforcement learning
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, ..
• Experience with big data technologies and frameworks MLops e Explainable AI )
• Experience with ML frameworks such as Tensorflow, Pytorch, Keras
• Knowledge about MLOps
• Knowledge about Explainable AI
