Job summary
I am recruiting a Postdoctoral Researcher for a 2-year position in my lab to work on in vitro modeling of SYNGAP1-related syndrome.

- Develop and characterize human in vitro models of SYNGAP1
- Investigate patient-relevant mutations and their molecular/cellular impact
- Explore drug repositioning strategies using a mechanistic and translational approach
- -Gene editing (CRISPR/Cas9) -Human iPSC maintenance and differentiation -RNA sequencing and transcriptomic analysis -RT-PCR / qPCR -Immunofluorescence and imaging +
