POSITION INFORMATION

Datalogic Group is looking for a candidate joining the Group Internal Audit Department.
This position will report directly to the Group Internal Audit Director and will be based in Datalogic HQ in Lippo di Calderara (BO).

ROLE MISSION

As Internal Audit Team member the role is involved in safeguarding – enhancing Datalogic Group Internal Control Environment effectiveness, according to Company Strategy and Targets, by providing risk-based assurance, advice, and insight under an Operational, Compliance and Financial standpoint.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct Audits of Datalogic Group entities, reporting results and monitoring follow – up actions (ensuring Group processes – procedures compliance).

• Assess the Internal Control Environment reliability, upon Group operational – organizational procedures effectiveness, in compliance with 262/05 Law requirements.

• Oversee the efficacy of Datalogic Group entities organizational Models under 231/01 Law, performing specific controls, and providing key requirements compliance.

• Support Group processes – procedures assessment and streamlining.

• Develop Corporate finance models, mostly related to Assets evaluation and not recurring – extraordinary transactions treatment.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Education (School/Specialization): Bachelor or Master's degree in Economics; Postgraduate Specialization in Business Administration – Finance would be preferred.
Language: Fluent English both written and verbal communication.
Experience: At least 10 years' experience in complex multinational companies or Big 4 Audit – Advisory firms.

OTHER INFORMATION & SPECIFIC SKILLS

• Strong knowledge of Accounting principles, Audit techniques and Business modeling.

• Proper IT skills, ERP systems (SAP – Hyperion) and Microsoft Office.

• Effective interpersonal skills and problem-solving attitude.

• Willing to frequently travel abroad.
