What will you have to do?

• Management of online and offline reservation flows.
• Direct management of individual and group reservations.
• Request and management of reservations and sales opportunities.
• Actively sell each business opportunity to maximize the revenue opportunity.
• Drive customer loyalty by delivering service excellence in every customer experience.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum experience of 1 year performing similar functions.
• Training related to the position.
• High english level.
• A 2nd language is valuable.
• Office Package Domain.
• Knowledge of OPERA CLOUD is a plus.
