Hitachi Energy Sales Operations currently has an opening for a Hitachi Energy Process Governance Manager for Lead Management and Marketing Automation.
The PGM is articulates the vision of the end state of the processes, where the Hitachi Energy Business wants to head to.
He/she gathers the knowledge and expertise of the process, qualifies the demand from any part of the business and prioritizes the demand.
The PGM is networking in the organization to the relevant stakeholders and process experts.Responsibilities:
- Design process and subprocesses in the assigned process area for the Hitachi Energy business, such that it supports achieving business goals whilst complying with policies and regulations globally.
- Define and promote the underlying principles for the processes.
- Define the roadmap for the assigned process area for Hitachi Energy and ensure a seamless endtoend process in coordination with the PGMs of other process areas; evaluate crossimpact of process changes and user handling.
- Ensure the compliance with any policies or regulations (industry, local country, etc.)
- Represent business needs and priorities from Hitachi Energy business in the assigned process area, thus qualify and prioritize requirements and change requests.
- Review and approve the business requirements and the functional specification (global and local).
- Work and coordinate internally with Hitachi Energy business and Business Unit (BU) Process Owners and stakeholders to ensure the coverage of different dimensions (e.g. global vs local, product vs systems,) and leverage best practices.
- Define the training content, approve the training approach and training concept.
- The challenges for the role are:
- Business process optimization covers whole demand chain from End Customers, Local Sales Units through to Delivery Center and Production Units.
- Global reach with communication and maintenance of network/contacts across business units, coordination of business units.
- Cross organization where priorities and requirements may differ and being distinct.
- Overcome business culture legacy and regional culture differences.
- Process design and requirements qualification in a technical oriented organization.
- Understanding advanced information architecture.
- Communication skills, English language
- Very good business process competence across the process value chain
- Expert in the defined process area
- Min 510 years of hands on business line or organization job experience
- Deep know how of critical business priorities
- Good understanding of Operational Excellence, Lean Six Sigma yellow belt
- Project Management experience (Gate Model for Process Development)
- Business competence (strategy comprehension and mindset)
- Process mapping and requirements gathering skills
