- Capturing mesmerizing photos and videos that encapsulate the essence of our spectacular events.
- Taking the lead in editing both photos and videos to ensure they authentically represent our brand and events.
- Collaborating with the performance marketing team to develop specialized content that boosts our marketing campaigns.
- Being prepared to step in front of the camera when necessary to enhance the authenticity and relatability of our content.
- Speaking the language of social media, staying abreast of trends, anticipating them, and effectively incorporating them into our content.
- Proficiency in photography and videography, along with advanced skills in photo and video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset to effectively convey brand messaging across various social media platforms.
- Good understanding of graphic design principles to create visually appealing content that resonates with our audience.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and performance marketing teams, to align content strategies with business objectives.
- Proven track record of staying up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices, and the ability to adapt quickly to changes in the digital landscape.
- Flexibility and willingness to occasionally appear on camera to add a personal touch to our content.
- Based in Milan, where we'll need you to be present for at least days per week.
- Fluency in Italian and English.

The role
