Sales Director Continental Europe
Within the European region, the Sales Director is accountable for driving Synergy's success and growth ambitions with key customers in the allocated territory.
The Sales team will report directly to this position. The Sales Director leads and executes operational sales plans for the allocated territory focusing on Efficiencies and EBITDA.
In addition, he/she will also develop and drive the execution of expansion plans as defined and outlined in the 3-year strategic roadmap.
As an active member of the sales leadership team, the Sales Director ensures the embedding of a high-performing team culture and living the core values.
