Job Description:

We're looking for expert raters with experience in Talent Acquisition/People Assessment or Organizational Psychology. Your primary responsibility will be evaluating open-ended interview responses using one of our research projects' scoring frameworks.

Ideally You Will Have:    
‣ Experience working with behavioral indicators rubrics competency frameworks structured scoring
‣ Familiarity with coding qualitative data
‣ A proven track record of objectivity consistency under pressure
‣ Excellent written communication skills English language proficiency minimal errors
